How do I measure for my vent cover?
All vent covers should be selected based on the wall or ceiling opening (duct opening) — not the size of your existing vent cover. For example, if your duct opening measures 12” × 6”, you should purchase a 12” × 6” vent cover, even though the overall outer dimensions of the cover will be approximately 14” × 8”.
Why is the overall vent cover larger than the listed size?
The listed size refers to the duct opening size. The outer frame is intentionally larger to properly cover the opening and create a clean finished appearance.
Do your vent covers come with the frame?
Yes. Our vent covers include the decorative front panel and integrated outer border/frame as one complete finished piece.
