Shipping & Return Policy
NOTICE: Please expect processing time to be 4-5 business days during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.
SABA Home Decor understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. You can expect to receive your items within 4-5 business days. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Most orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge and is non-refundable on returns. Expedited shipping on in-stock orders placed by 5pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the next day and will arrive on a following business day, according to the shipment type chosen below. Rates can be found on step 3 (Shipping Options) of the checkout process. Please note: Weekend delivery is not available on expedited items.

Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. local time to most U.S. addresses; by 8p.m. to rural areas (does not include 1 business day processing time). No weekend delivery.
If you would like to have a product shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the United States please email as at firstname.lastname@example.org. The company can offer USPS or UPS for international shipping.
*All international orders may be subject to additional taxes/tariffs upon arrival. The customer is responsible for any additional fees.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, or if you are missing any items from your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a return authorization number from us that is required to return your order. Please do not attempt to return an item without a return authorization number. Your return can be a subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Custom products are non-returnable.
Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your return. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited.
