Prepare your space
Just a few simple steps before installation.
Remove & Refresh
First remove that ugly industrial
vent cover
and throw it in the trash.
Clean the ductwork
to remove
any dust or debris.
Installation steps
Apply Silicone Evenly
Apply silicone to the backside
of the new vent cover, spreading it
evenly to create a continuous band
of silicone between the double-sided
tape pads.
Peel & Press
Remove the liner from the double-sided tape, then press the vent cover firmly into place.
Hold for Adhesion
Hold the vent cover in place
for approximately 5 minutes
to ensure proper adhesion.
Final Peel
After 45 minutes, remove
the protective film
from the surface.
